How it Works

Where to get started… Below is a simple step by step guide on how to get the loft creation of your dreams…

1. Rosewood will issue a written quotation for each project to be undertaken, once this quotation has been formally accepted by the client, rosewood will undertake to obtain building regulation approval, and, where required, Planning permission.

2. Rosewood will honour this accepted quotation, and will not increase this, unless additional and accepted works are subsequently added after commencement.

3. Once the required approvals have been secured, a commencement date and an estimated time to complete will be mutually agreed by both rosewood and the client.

4. The client agrees to pay rosewood 1/3 rd of the quotation value on commencement of the project, on the agreed commencement date.

5. The client will then pay a further 1/3 rd of the quotation value half way through the agreed time to complete.

6. Rosewood will then undertake to complete the project, on time, within the agreed price, and to the full satisfaction of the client.

7. Upon completion, to the satisfaction of the client, the client agrees to pay the remaining invoiceable amount within 7 days of the completion date
